When a GSDI Conference in Italy? Together it's possible

The collaboration between web log authors and GEOmedia may help "neo" and "paleo" geographers (following the neologisms introduced by Ed Parsons) to have a long-lasting dialogue. The following article features a report regarding the XI GSDI Conference, that has been held in Rotterdam last June 15-19. The report has been previously posted on the italian blog TANTO. It points out some of the topics of the conference, suitable for the development and the improvement of SDIs. An extended version of this paper is available on the TANTO website.
